Well, the title clears in-detail here. Approximately we speak 4 to 5 languages like Kannada, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, English etc. Another 2 languages manageable. Did u know we are in the age of 6909 languages around the world.

Don't get excited, once there were only 50 spoken languages, now 6909 languages. its unbelievable.

As per the survey, around Asia there are 2300 spoken language, we had no idea about it.
And in Africa 2140, we feel this number as our PIN but its true.
The Pacific 1179, They are Australia and other Islands.
Whole America 1060, wooo Included North & South America.
Europe 230, least spoken Languages.
